I wanted to thank you for the wonderfully healing and restorative weekend, what a gift! I was afraid that the peace that I felt while I was there would leave when I returned home, I feel so blessed that that was not the case!!! I have been using your yoga nidra cd's (alternating between the one for healing and the one for daily living) every night before bed, doing a little bit of meditation and breathing in the morning, and the intense anxiety that I was suffering with before the weekend has not returned - fingers crossed! have been feeling incredibly peaceful and calm, much more focused and productive at work, sleeping fewer hours and feeling more rested, and somehow more connected to my higher self. This is such a blessing, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Meditation brought out the 10-year old boy that I didn’t even know existed anymore. I was so happy to know that a part of me is still innocent. I want to find him again and learn to laugh again.
When I can’t sleep at night, I remember the techniques we do in meditation. If that doesn’t work, I use the Yoga Nidra CD. It is the only thing I’ve found that really works. When I wake up, I feel rested instead of constantly groggy.
I feel like I am floating, like for the first time in memory, I actually feel free of the prison of my mind. It actually feels strange to me because I don’t even know what this feeling is, but I really like it.
